*We have no age limit and recommend parents use their discretion on whether their child will be able to handle this type of event.  We do not target small children. If we see a child genuinely petrified (beyond scared for the moment) we will make every effort to come out of character to help the child process their fear and accept the fact that we are actors.  This is not always possible, therefore we leave it up to you.  We do not give refunds if the ticket user is to scared to to enter the haunt.  If they are too scared we did our job. Our only guarantee is "Your Money Back if You Don't Survive"
